Flags

• --ir <IR> — Consumer V4.1 single-file IR to validate

• --provider-release <PACKAGE@VERSION> — Exact provider Library release in the full lock

• --policy <POLICY> — Explicit trusted-host policy file

• --lock <LOCK> — Full package lock; replay never rewrites it

• --registry <REGISTRY> — Caller-controlled local registry

• --state <STATE> — Existing initialized trust-state directory

• --assurance <ASSURANCE> — Accept the local MVP's caller-controlled filesystem roots
