Sign a prepared successor with explicit local operator keys

Flags​

  • --draft <FILE> — draft.json from package registry prepare
  • --targets-key-file <FILE> — Explicit Ed25519 key for the TUF targets role
  • --snapshot-key-file <FILE> — Explicit Ed25519 key for the TUF snapshot role
  • --timestamp-key-file <FILE> — Explicit Ed25519 key for the TUF timestamp role
  • --output <FILE> — New file containing exact signed role bytes
  • --json
